As a brewery, we are a grain to glass operation - as a pizza bar, it's the same -  a scratch kitchen where we make the dough in house, slow fermenting and slow proofing, using the finest, freshest ingredients available… a craft pizza worthy of our craft beer.  A sampling of our menu below…
